I'm sick of seeing agave nectar being marketed as some sort of healthy sugar alternative. Agave is usually over 90 percent fructose! That means it is more inflammatory than regular sugar and does more to damage your liver. Agave is the WORST sweetener! Even worse than high fructose corn syrup.
