Elena Kagan & Monsanto

This is not the type of news I like to read, but the headline popped up like a glaring alarm.

While Solicitor General, it appear pending Supreme Court Justice candidate Elena Kagan may have enabled the defense of Monsanto in its fight for GE control of alfalfa seeds in the US.
