Ellie Krieger's The Food You Crave - she's a registered dietitian who focuses on good, delicious food. I've made her Good for You Blueberry Muffins twice now, and they're really tasty. They don't taste like "healthy" food at all!
Totally agree. I have Ellie Krieger's The Food You Crave and all the recipes I've tried are absolutely amazing. The only downfall to it is the amount of pictures, I like to cook based on what I see and her book doesn't have too many unfortunately. But still all foods are great, especially the roasted red pepper pasta...yum!
